Requirements:
• Completion of high school
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-working environment
• Ability to work on all shifts (evening and weekend)
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of servers and kitchen staff
• Maintain inventory records and ordering food materials, and supplies as required
• Keep up to date records of equipment repairs and food wastages
• Prepare daily sales reports
• Establish work schedules
• Train staff in restaurant policies and procedures, sanitation, and safety
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Assist manager in the recruitment of staff and cost estimates
